Just wanted to share my journey! Non-US IMG from Pakistan, scored 245 on Step 2 CK after 3 months of dedicated study. Used UWorld, AMBOSS, and did 2 months of USCE at Mount Sinai. Applied to 150 IM programs and got 12 interview invitations. Currently a PGY-1 at Johns Hopkins! The key was consistent practice and getting strong LORs from US physicians. Happy to answer questions!
