Clear expectations. Before payment.

Scope
Each service page states its price, deliverables and exclusions. No interview, letter, residency placement or individual Match probability is promised. Applicants remain responsible for accurate submissions and final decisions.
Booking and delivery
Times use your device timezone. Availability requests are not confirmed appointments. Published slots are held during checkout and confirmed after verified payment. Your advisor confirms the written deliverable date before work begins. You may decline that date and receive a full refund before work begins.
Refunds before work begins
Cancel before the consultation starts and before you expressly approve any advance document review or other work: receive a full refund to the original payment method, including onboarding fees. We will ask for that approval in your dashboard before beginning advance work. No cancellation penalty applies before work begins.
Rescheduling and missed appointments
One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours notice. For shorter notice or a missed appointment, contact us within seven days: we will offer one replacement appointment subject to availability. Refunds still follow the work-completed rules below; a missed appointment alone does not forfeit payment. If we cancel or cannot offer a suitable replacement within 14 days, you may choose a full refund for the affected undelivered service.
Refunds after work begins
For a partially delivered one-time service, we refund the undelivered portion: 50% of the fee is allocated to the consultation and 50% to the written deliverable. Reapplication’s consultation allocation includes its follow-up: 40% initial consultation and 10% follow-up. Each allocation becomes earned only when that component is delivered. Document review without a delivered component does not reduce your refund. For onboarding, the fee is earned only when the onboarding session is delivered. Duplicate charges and services we cannot deliver are refunded.
Monthly support and cancellation
Execution Partner is $179 per month, plus $99 onboarding if no eligible review has been completed. It renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel in the billing portal before renewal to stop the next charge; access continues through the paid period. Cancel before any monthly service is delivered for a full refund of that month. After monthly work begins, you may request a prorated refund for unused days from your request date and end access immediately. Onboarding refunds are handled separately under the rule above.
Request and processing time
Email your booking reference and request; do not include card details or sensitive documents. We acknowledge within five business days and decide within ten business days. Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe within five business days; bank posting times vary. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected, and we will honor any stronger rights that apply.
Limits and third-party purchases
Advising is educational and career-related, not medical, immigration or legal advice. We are independent of official organizations and residency programs. Fees paid directly to rotation providers, exam bodies or other third parties follow their own policies; our refund policy applies to USMLEMatch fees.
